How to submit a request
- In the app: Open Account Settings and select Delete Account.
- By email: Send an email to support@yunshowcard.com with the subject Delete ShowCard Account.
- Include the email address used to register your account or your ShowCard user ID. Never send your password.
What we delete
After we verify your identity and approve the request, we delete or anonymize your account profile, avatar, contact details, and other data that is no longer required for us to provide the service. This includes eligible chat and account-related data.
Data we may retain
We may retain limited data that is necessary to meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution obligations. Retained data is kept only for the period required by applicable law or the relevant obligation, then deleted or anonymized.
Processing time
We will verify your request and complete the deletion process within 30 days. If we need more information to confirm that you own the account, we will contact you using the email address associated with the request.
